This special goes inside one of the world's great ocean yacht races, the Sydney to Hobart, that turned deadly in 1998, killing six. The sailors and rescuers share the terror and truth of what really happened during their days at sea. This documentary airs in conjunction with the publication of a book on the same subject, "The Proving Ground," published by Little, Brown and Company, and written by journalist Bruce Knecht.
