Wow, is that a pumpkin? With Anderson's silhouette? Impressive!

What's next....Anderson Cooper 360 Christmas ornaments?
Posted By Anonymous Sharon, Indianapolis, IN : 6:09 PM ET
Yes, I'm familiar with Anderson's picture with the heart, but this is striking with the pumpkin in the background. Whoever did this is a really big fan! Way to go Anderson!

Trick or Treat!!!! There has to be a trick to carving a pumpkin like that and the treat is getting to see it. Wow, what a talent...Happy Halloween to all..What an honor for Anderson to be immortalized in pumpkin.

Beautiful job. Happy Halloween 360.

Hmmm...does anyone know where I could find a spring-form cake pan in the shape of Lou Dobbs for Thanksgiving? A jello mold perhaps?

This is a great way to embarass Anderson, but he knows how much we love and respect him. I think he will love it. Great job Robin. Happy Halloween Anderson.

Wow! That's very impressive!

This picture is interesting in a creepy sort of way. AC 360 has a varied base of viewers -- from the learned and educated to the just strange bizarre. Tonight, the bizzare side to AC 360's viewership has come to the light! It is demonic love for the show. You never know, maybe a Halloween spell as been cast on Anderson Cooper by the ones behind the picture and he will, just for a moment, levitate in front of the gargantuan screen which shows the video of what ever Anderson is discussing and reads ANDERSON!!
HA!! HA!! HA!!
Happy Halloween AC 360 !!

The picture seems so yoga like. There is a calm, peacefulness about it. The only thing missing is the Gorillas sniffing your arm pitts. Love the I-report.

Cool. A pumpkin with an aura.
Posted By Anonymous Dee Houston, TX : 9:05 PM ET
You are kidding, right? Uh, I know it's Halloween, but this is very school girlish. What's next I love Anderson Cooper buttons for sale; via the CNN web page?

Will Canada honor any orders of protection sought in the US?

I'm sure Robin's a lovely soul and all, and he/she (?) certainly has good taste in news programs, but this is a little creepy, even for Halloween. I just hope Robin can appreciate the cheese factor of this.

Of course, for all I know, I could have been put on stalker watch when I sent into 360 some of the greeting cards I made from my nature photography as a thank-you gift for Cooper's coverage of Katrina.

Well, I hope y'all are flattered, as I know that many of us appreciate the work of Cooper and the entire 360 crew, even if we don't choose to carve our appreciation into orange veggie flesh. I know I will never forget what you did and continue to do for the people affected by Katrina (come to think of it, I'd love an update on progress--or lack thereof-- in the region). Not to mention your work in Niger, Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Israel, Sudan, Congo, etc. Keep the list growing! Less fluff, more stuff...

Of course, if people start seeing the face of Cooper instead of Jesus or the Virgin Mary in their tortillas, 'taters, or trees, then you've really got to worry.

This reminds me of a Styx song, yeah the early 80s group!

Too much time on my hands, its ticking away with my sanity
Ive got too much time on my hands, its hard to believe such a calamity
Ive got too much time on my hands and its ticking away from me
Too much time on my hands, too much time on my hands
Too much time on my hands

When I first saw this picture I thought it was a bullet with your initials and image, aimed for your heart! I know, I know, a lot of melodrama, but it startled me.
Keep up the good work Andy; enjoy your program very much, and enjoy you, your honesty, deep feelings, and guts when it's necessary.
To the rest: The pumpkin's a harmless example of celeb adoration (or worship?) and understandably comes with the territory, so lighten up some of you on your criticism. If there's a tee shirt with Anderson's head (or heart) on it, I'd wear it (and I'm a guy) just to show my respect for him and 360.

Just plain creepy! I'd rather see Anderson Cooper writing about important issues on the blog.
Posted By Anonymous Amy, Jacksonville, FL : 2:42 PM ET
Hey AC: Seems to me that you were carved a bit chubbier than usual, like an alien or the guy from Hellraiser...Oh well,it's Halloween, so enjoy it while it lasts...AC, I do remember Doug Henningsvery well, he was a cool dude with long frizzy hair, man, yeah, Master of illusion! I will now disappear from this scr....

I absolutely love it. Whoever did it was very talented. Happy Halloween Anderson!

I think some people are new to the show and don't understand what exactly "The Shot" is, it's Anderson laughing AT something. To be placed on the level of Seamanship, a javelin through the foot and a baby potty training video, well, it's a mark of distinction righty, but not in a good way.

I don't think this is creepy at all. I simply think that he wanted us to visualize that Anderson Cooper has a good heart as well as a good soul. Awesome picture and well explain. Good job

A behind the scenes look at "Anderson Cooper 360°" and the stories it covers, written by Anderson Cooper and the show's correspondents and producers.
