To enter and be eligible to win you must complete the official entry form and submit a photograph or text according to the weekly theme. For each theme, 10 Finalists will be chosen based upon Originality, Humor, Adherence to Theme and Creativity.

If your entry makes it to the top 10, it will be posted on the web site for visitors or viewers to vote on. For each theme, there will be a 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place Winner and 7 Runners-Up. Enter one weekly theme or enter them ALL and increase your chance to be rewarded for "Chaos in the Workplace."
