OIL DEPENDENT

Brunei is hoping an economic development study recently launched by the Asian Development Bank can help it escape over-dependence on oil. The study aims to find projects in Brunei, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia that are ripe for publicprivate development. The ADB expects to deliver its report sometime in March of 1996.
