Kosovo appropriation only a part of the emergency spending bill
WASHINGTON (AllPolitics, May 18) -- President Bill Clinton's request for emergency military spending to fund the U.S. portion of the NATO mission in Kosovo has sparked a Washington-style free for all.
The spending measure now totals nearly $15 billion -- much of which is unrelated pork barrel spending. CNN's Brooks Jackson takes a closer look at the multimillion dollar ad-ons.
