Clinton Administration criticized for China policy

WASHINGTON (AllPolitics, April 5) -- GOP presidential candidate Pat Buchanan Monday accused the Clinton Administration of "self delusion and craven appeasement" in its policy toward China.
Buchanan also blasted his fellow Republicans for failing to denounce the president's dealings with Beijing. Buchanan's remarks in San Francisco come on the day before the Chinese prime minister arrives in the U.S.
