When President Bill Clinton and his family sit down for dinner Friday, they will be able to choose from three salads, ham or turkey, two kinds of stuffing, three kinds of bread and four desserts. The full menu, as announced by the White House: Relish tray; asparagus and artichoke salad; corn and green bean salad; field green salad; fruit and cheese tray; cranberry orange relish; butternut squash soup; fresh turkey with giblet gravy; peppered country ham; traditional stuffing; cornbread and sausage stuffing; vegetable selections; mashed potatoes; sweet potato casserole; biscuits, cornbread and dinner rolls; lemon meringue pie; pecan pie; pumpkin pie; and finally, chocolate cake with white icing. |
