NEW YORK (CNN) -- William Galison claims he's been losing sleep over the Clinton-Lewinsky investigation.

So the New York man decided to buttonhole Independent Counsel Ken Starr by mass producing pins that say exactly what he thinks about the situation -- and giving them away on the streets of his city.

Galison's protest has New York City residents and tourists talking.
