White House Scandal At A Glance: Feb. 16

Today's developments:

  • An attorney for former White House intern Monica Lewinsky has asked that Independent Counsel Ken Starr and members of his staff take polygraph tests to determine if they have leaked information to the news media, CNN has learned.

  • A friend of Kathleen Willey, a woman who says President Bill Clinton groped her, has raised questions about the truth of Willey's claims in an sworn affidavit. The affidavit has been presented to attorneys in the Paula Jones case by Julia Hiatt Steele. In it, Steele disputes Willey's claim the president groped her in a study off the Oval Office when she approached him about a job, sources told CNN.

  • The lawyer for retired Secret Service officer Lewis Fox says Fox will return to the Whitewater grand jury to begin testimony Tuesday.
