The State Of Your Union

President Bill Clinton is set to deliver his State of the Union message on Jan. 27. Clinton has already unveiled some of the policy proposals he probably will talk about during his speech, including an expansion of Medicare and tax incentives for child care.

We thought we'd ask AllPolitics readers to describe the state of your union, your view of United States' condition in January 1998.
