Finding Out More About Finland

Check out the best the Web has to offer on the summit's host country

WASHINGTON (AllPolitics, March 20) -- So, President Bill Clinton has jetted off to meet with Russian President Boris Yeltsin and chew on such weighty issues as NATO expansion.

But where'd he go? What kind of weather does our hobbled commander in chief face in Helsinki, Finland?

The Finnish government has a useful "Virtual Finland" page that provides details on the summit. The U.S. Embassy in Finland has rolled out the Web carpet with information and links, as has the city of Helsinki.
