Some say immigrants -- costing U.S. taxpayers billions of dollars -- have put Uncle Sam flat on his back. They argue that immigrants create a national burden. While some communities do shoulder an unfair burden, many studies show immigrants building businesses and their communities. Ultimately, the debate is much bigger than finances: It's about the changing face of America. In this segment, we search for the truth beyond the rhetoric, examining both sides of this incendiary issue.
