I guess it's Book Thursday here at Cover/Line. Yesterday, Ivana Trump announced she'll have a book out in September. "Raising Trump" details how the Czech-born first wife of Donald Trump took the lead in raising ...wait, let her tell you herself. Here's her quote from the Simon & Schuster release:
