Les Amis – Six restaurants were awarded two stars, including Les Amis. This upscale restaurant serves contemporary French fare with a touch of Asian aesthetics.
Restaurant Andre – Restaurant Andre, another two-star recipient, offers reinterpreted versions of French cuisine that reflect chef-owner Andre Chiang's upbringing in Taiwan and stints in France, Shanghai and the Seychelles.
Shoukouwa – 1 Fullerton Road sushi restaurant Shoukouwa is the only Japanese restaurant in the new Singapore guide with two stars.
L'Atelier Robuchon – A second Robuchon venue, L'Atelier Robuchon, was among the six restaurants that received two stars.
Odette – Two-star recipient Odette, run by award-winning chef Julien Royer, is a modern French restaurant located in Singapore's National Gallery.
Michelin Guide Singapore – A further 22 restaurants netted single star ratings, including street food outlets Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle and Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle.
Awards ceremony – The awards ceremony was held alongside a ticketed gala dinner Thursday night.
