(CNN)CNN en Espanol has interviewed a man who says he escaped from the Bangladesh cafe where gunmen took hostages on Friday night. Diego Rossini, a chef at the restaurant, said he was working there when "around four to five attackers" entered and "started shooting right away." "At first sight they looked in their 20s," said Rossini, who was by the kitchen and alone when he noticed what was going on. Rossini said he escaped up the stairs from the kitchen to the terrace and hid there with 10 other people. Once the attackers started coming toward the terrace door, said Rossini, he quickly jumped toward adjacent buildings along with the other people. Rossini estimated that about 30 patrons and 20 staff were at the restaurant at the time of the attack.
