(CNN)The Republican presidential candidates have told us how they'd handle ISIS, the economy, taxes and health care. But what about parenting?
Parenting 101: What we learned from Trump, Cruz and Kasich
Over a series of three CNN town halls in New York, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich shared stories of their parenting adventures, and with their kids on stage, some fatherly wisdom they learned from raising them.
For Trump, it came down to one simple rule: "No alcohol, no cigarettes, no drugs."
Kasich said he taught his children humility: "You're not going to be perfect -- be as good as you can be."
And Cruz, whose daughters are 8 and 5, said he's the one being taught humility: "More than once they have put every one of their hair ribbons all over daddy."
