Havana (CNN)Most people who call the White House don't get a line to President Barack Obama. If you're Cuba's most famous comedian, things are different.

A day ahead of Obama's arrival here, Luis Silvia -- known for his character Panfilo -- posted a sketch with a guest appearance by the President. When Panfilo calls the "Casa Blanca" for a weather report on Tuesday -- when Obama is slated to take in a baseball game -- Obama himself picks up.
The lighthearted overture to Cubans comes as Obama prepares for his historic trip‎ to the island. Silvia's weekly television show is seen by an estimated two-thirds of Cubans.
Obama taped the appearance on Friday, the White House said.
