Donald Trump campaign stop features actual elephant

Sarasota, Florida (CNN)While the Donald Trump campaign has been called a circus in the past, this Saturday might have been the only time an actual elephant was on the scene.

At a campaign stop in Sarasota, Florida, a female Asian elephant named Essex was seen walking around outside the grounds with "Trump -- Make American Great Again" drawn with chalk on its side.
The elephant is owned by a company called "The Elephant Walk," whose owner Frank Murray said he is a Trump supporter and decided to come out and bring Essex with him.
Elephants are the mascot of the Republican Party, and Trump is seeking the party's nomination for president in 2016.
The Trump campaign has not yet responded for comment. The event is being held at a fairgrounds on Ringling Boulevard.
