Steven Olikara is founder and president of the Millennial Action Project, aimed at activating millennial policymakers to foster cooperative leadership in Congress and states. His organization is co-hosting the Ninth Annual State of the Constitution with James Madison's Montpelier at the National Archives this Constitution Day. The program will feature Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, and Congressman Will Hurd, R-Texas, co-chairs of the millennial-focused Congressional Future Caucus.
