The $3.4m Lykan Hypersport is the first car produced by Dubai-based W Motors.
The car boasts diamond-trimmed headlights, gold stitched seats, and a carbon composite body.
Aggressive performance stats match the car's looks: Its 3.7-litre 750bhp, twin-turbo engine can take the car from 0-62mph in 2.8 seconds, to a top speed of 245mph.
The company boasts it is the first car to include a fully interactive mid-air hologram interface.
In June, W Motors announced that a Lykan Hypersport had joined the ranks of the Abu Dhabi Police Force.
The car is currently being pilot-tested to see if it suits the force's requirements, said Brig Hussain Al Harthi, director of central operations.
The company's next project is the $1.6m Supersport, "the first carbon-neutral car with more than 1,000 horsepower," which will be limited to 25 produced per year.
The company aims to produce a luxury SUV to challenge the forthcoming Lamborghini Urus and Bugatti SUV.
The car will retail at around $250,000 and be built in a new factory in Dubai.
