Two explosions blasted a restaurant in southern Somalia Friday, killing at least 11 people and injuring 30 others, police said.

A suicide bomber blew himself up at the restaurant in Baidoa, Somali police officer Aden Osman said.

Minutes after the first attack, a car packed with explosives rammed into the restaurant as people were trying to evacuate the casualties of the first blast, Osman said.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attacks.

Baidoa, which once served as the seat of country’s parliament, is about 250 kilometers west of the country’s capital, Mogadishu.
