A car bomb killed at least four people and left 22 others wounded Sunday in Afghanistan's Kandahar province.
The explosive-laden vehicle blew up in front of a civilian hospital in the late morning, said Zia Durani, a spokesman for Kandahar provincial police.
He said a child, a woman and two men were killed. All the people killed or wounded are civilians, he said.
No group has claimed responsibility for the bomb.
In an unrelated incident, an International Security Assistance Force service member died Sunday from a nonbattle-related injury in northern Afghanistan.
