CNN  —

Eleven teenagers were taken to a hospital after a floor collapsed Wednesday evening at a church in Laurel, Mississippi, authorities said.

Another 14 people at Freedom Baptist Church were hurt, but did not require medical attention, said Wanda Benson, spokeswoman for the Jones County Sheriff’s Office.

Benson described all the injuries as minor.

Close to 80 teenagers were attending a meeting in a room on the second floor when the floor collapsed, she said. No one was on the first floor at the time.
