(CNN) -- A suicide bomber blew himself up in a minibus in a suburb southeast of Beirut on Monday, Lebanon's state media reported.

NNA news agency said the blast targeted a transportation hub in Choueifat, Lebanon. Two people were injured.

The bomber blew himself up inside a passenger van, NNA reported.

Ali Hassan Khalil, the Minister of Health said the bus driver was among the two injured in the explosion.

The Hezbollah-owned Al-Manar television aired still images from the scene showing burned-out vehicles, firefighters dragging hoses and bystanders near the scene.
