(CNN) -- A tenth person has died as a result of a helicopter crashing into a Glasgow pub last month, Scottish police said Thursday.

Joe Cusker, 59, had been receiving treatment from the November 29 incident.

"Our thoughts are with families at this difficult time and we will continue to provide support to them as we have done for all of the bereaved," Deputy Chief Constable Rose Fitzpatrick of Police Scotland said in a statement.

The Clutha Bar was packed with about 150 people listening to a band when the helicopter plunged into it on a Friday night.
