HONG KONG: "Tung Chung River on North Lantau. On the mountain behind there are many Buddhist monasteries that are still in use today. They came here because it's a very remote quiet location. The only access is by foot. There used to be mountains like this all over China but they were mostly abandoned after the revolution.
