Quake strikes off Indonesian coast

A 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Indonesia Thursday, at a depth of 6.9 miles, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The quake epicenter is more than 260 miles south of Jakarta, south of the island of Java.

There have not been any immediate reports of damage. No tsunami warning has been issued.
