Yankees: Jeter out until at least mid-July

New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter will be out of the team's lineup until "sometime after" July's All-Star break after a CT scan revealed a small crack in the same ankle he fractured in the 2012 postseason, the Yankees tweeted Thursday.
Jeter, 38, fractured his left ankle in October while fielding a ground ball in a playoff game.
He has not played in a regular-season game in 2013 while he undergoes rehab to repair the ankle.
