The arraignment for the teenager accused of killing 10-year-old Jessica Ridgeway in Westminster, Colorado was postponed until April 12, a Jefferson County courts spokesman said.
Austin Reed Sigg, 18, is charged with 18 counts, including kidnapping, sexual assault and murder.
Sigg, who lived about one mile from Ridgeway’s home, was 17 at the time of the killing and was charged as an adult
In addition to murder, he was charged with attempting to kidnap, sexually assault and kill a female jogger last May.
