A head-on collision Saturday between two buses left six people dead and nine injured in central Pakistan, a police official said.
The buses were traveling in opposite directions near the city of Bhakkar when the crashed occurred, said Rana Amjad, a local police official.
An investigation was underway and the injured were taken to an area hospital, Amjad said.
Bhakkar is roughly 300 kilometers (186 miles) south of Islamabad in the province of Punjab.
