(CNN) -- Police in Cleveland, Ohio, issued an Amber Alert on Saturday for a 1-year-old girl who authorities say was snatched off the street along with her 19-year-old mother while on a walk.
The suspect is a "violent sexual predator with felony warrants out of New York," and is armed and dangerous, the alert read.
The suspect, identified by authorities as 25-year-old Thomas Lorde, is an estranged boyfriend of the girl's mother, Latasha Jackson, and the father of the girl, Chaniya Wynn.
The missing girl is African-American, weighs 18 pounds and has brown eyes. She was last seen in a brown and pink stroller. Jackson was wearing a green shirt and a brown leather jacket with fur trim.
Jackson and Chaniya were walking on East 72nd Avenue in Cleveland when they were abducted, police said.
Lorde is armed with a 9mm handgun, according to police.
Anyone with information about the group's whereabouts is asked to call 1-877-262-3764.
