Kendra Wilkinson is nuts about ... well, nuts!
"I've been eating almonds, pistachios, nuts with no sodium and some dried fruit all day long," the "Kendra" star told PEOPLE Sunday at NBC Universal's Golden Globes after party.
Calling it her "natural diet," Wilkinson, 26, says she's turned her whole family into a bunch of nut fanatics.
"We blend them in our smoothies and we have them in our yogurt," she explains. "We're a healthy family."
Walking the carpet with her husband of more than two years, the former "Girls Next Door" star gushed about the two most important men in her life.
"I think [little Hank] takes after Hank," she says of her 2-year-old son. "He's a gentleman already [and] an old soul. He knows how to treat his mom, he knows how to help someone up when they fall down."
Continues Wilkinson: "He is the most thoughtful, most kind little boy we could've ever imagined."
So how do Mommy and Daddy keep romance alive with a tiny tot running around?
"Being apart is actually the key to a romantic relationship," she shares. "He's been away for a couple days now and that's why we're out here because we want to have a romantic night out."
