(CNN) -- Fourteen people were killed in two traffic accidents over the weekend in China, state media reported Sunday.
Seven people died Saturday after a bus collided head-on with a trailer in a rural area of Anhui province, the state-run Xinhua news agency said. The crash injured five passengers on the bus.
Seven others died when a van plummeted off a cliff after a crash Saturday evening in Yunnan province, Xinhua said.
Authorities were still investigating what caused the crashes, the news agency said.
