Citing the importance of parental involvement in their child's education, a state representative in Florida has proposed a bill that would require public school teachers to grade the parents of their students in kindergarten through third grade. Parent grades of "satisfactory", "unsatisfactory" or "needs improvement" would be added to their children's report cards.
