(CNN) -- Texas first lady Anita Perry was uninjured Saturday when an engine on a vintage bomber she was riding in caught fire before takeoff, officials said.

Perry and two executive protection bureau agents were among those on board the World War II B-25 aircraft, which was performing at a small air show at Jardin Ranch near Encinal in south Texas, according to a statement from Gov. Rick Perry's office.

The plane's front landing gear collapsed at the end of the runway around 1 p.m., causing the right engine to catch fire, the statement said.

Emergency crews extinguished the flames. No one was hurt.
