(CNN) -- Fire has destroyed at least 25 boats at a marina near Washington, North Carolina.
The blaze broke out around midnight at McCotter's Marina on the Pamlico River, John Pack, director of the Beaufort County Emergency Management Office, said Friday.
"Many of the boats at the marina were considered antiques," he said. "This is quite a loss."
One person was treated for minor burns and hypothermia -- she jumped into the water to escape the fire, he said. Four people were sleeping on their boats when the blaze started, he said.
Firefighters extinguished the fire around 9:30 a.m. Friday.
Investigators have not yet determined what caused the fire, he said.
