(CNN) -- Three men have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a 20-year-old mother, found in a New Hampshire pond not far from where her toddler was discovered alone in a car, according to a statement from the state's attorney general on Wednesday.
Anthony Papile, 28, has been charged with the second-degree murder of Krista Dittmeyer, the statement said. Trevor Ferguson, 23, and Michael Petelis, 28, have each been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery.
Last month, a passer-by spotted Dittmeyer's black Nissan Sentra, with its hazard lights flashing, in a parking lot of the Cranmore Mountain ski area in North Conway, which is in eastern New Hampshire.
The witness noticed the car was "running, the driver's door was slightly ajar and there was a baby in the back seat," according to Conway police spokesman Christopher Perley. Dittmeyer's body was found in a nearby pond.
