Baghdad, Iraq (CNN) -- Two Iraqi civilians were wounded when a bomb struck an American military convoy in Baghdad, Interior Ministry sources told CNN.

The incident occurred in the northern part of the Iraqi capital.

There were no American military casualties, the U.S. military said.
