(CNN) -- Two people have been shot and killed at a courthouse in Brussels, Belgium, police and Belgian news outlets said Thursday.
Police said only that there were two victims and that a news conference was planned for 2 p.m. (8 a.m. ET).
The victims were a female judge who was close to retirement and a court clerk, broadcaster VRT reported. Both were shot in the head, VRT said.
A nearby school was evacuated as the manhunt continued, VRT said.
