(CNN) -- A Chinese fishing boat and a South Korean Coast Guard vessel collided Saturday, killing one fisherman, South Korea's official news agency reported.
Two other fishermen are missing, according to the Yonhap News Agency.
The collision happened as the Coast Guard vessel approached the fishing boat, which was poaching in South Korean waters off Eocheong Island, Yonhap reported.
Four Coast Guard officers were also injured when they tried to arrest the fishing boat's crew for poaching, according to Yonhap.
