Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) -- A suspected U.S. drone strike in Pakistan's tribal region on Tuesday killed four suspected militants, Pakistani intelligence officials said.
The suspected drone fired two missiles on a militant's vehicle in the village of Tapi in the town of Miran Shah of North Waziristan, two intelligence officials said.
Tuesday's suspected drone strike was the 102nd this year compared to 52 in all of 2009, according to a CNN tally.
The intelligence officials asked not be named because they were not authorized to speak to the media.
U.S. officials normally do not comment on suspected drone strikes, but the United States is the only country known to have the ability to launch missiles in the region from remote-controlled aircraft.
