(CNN) -- President Barack Obama on Friday praised Iraq's move toward a power-sharing agreement, but urged leaders to ensure they finish the job and form a government.

"There are still challenges to overcome, but all indications are that the government will be representative, inclusive and reflect the will of the Iraqi people who cast their ballots in the last election," Obama said at a news conference at the G-20 summit in Seoul, South Korea.

"This agreement marks another milestone in the history of modern Iraq. Once again, Iraqis are showing their determination to unify Iraq and build its future."
