No tsunami warning issued in Fiji quake

(CNN) -- A 4.6-magnitude earthquake hit the Fiji Islands Thursday, the United States Geological Survey said.

The earthquake struck 25 miles east of the islands' capital, Suva, at a depth of 162.5 miles, the agency said.

There were no immediate reports of damage. A tsunami warning has not been issued.
