Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) -- A blast near a small army medical dispensary in Pakistani-administered Kashmir killed at least three soldiers Wednesday morning, police said.
The incident took place outside the army medical unit about 7 a.m., said Irfan Kashfi, police superintendent.
Three soldiers died in the blast, and another three were seriously injured and transferred to a military hospital in the nearby town of Rawalakot, Kashfi said.
It was not immediately clear what type of bombing it was, he added.
