Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- Lawyers for Lindsay Lohan and the prosecution met behind closed doors with the judge in Lohan's case Wednesday, and a hearing on her drug rehabilitation treatment was set for next week.

Lohan entered a court-ordered rehab program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on August 2, after serving just 13 days of a 90-day jail sentence for violating probation for a drunken driving conviction.

It was not clear after the meeting Wednesday at the Beverly Hills, California, courthouse between Lohan defense lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, the judge and prosecutor Danette Meyers whether the next hearing -- scheduled for 9 a.m. next Wednesday -- might lead to an early release for Lohan.
