(CNN) -- Czech international defender Zdenek Grygera salvaged an injury-time equalizer for 10-man Juventus in their top of the table clash with leaders Inter Milan in Serie A on Saturday night.
Juve manager Claudio Ranieri shows his delight with Grygera after his equalizer.
Inter looked headed for a 1-0 victory in Turin until Grygera cropped up to head home from a corner.
But with only six matches remaining Juve remain 10 points behind Jose Mourinho's reigning champions who look set to retain the title barring a late collapse.
Mario Balotelli gave Inter the lead on 64 minutes before Portuguese midfielder Thiago was shown for lashing out in frustration as the visitors kept the ball.
Juventus, who had gone close through veteran striker Alessandro Del Piero, refused to give up and had the consolation at least of an equalizer as Grygera rose to convert from close range.
In Saturday's other game in the top flight in Italy, Lazio beat Champions League hopefuls Genoa 1-0.
Argentine star Mauro Zarate scored the only goal of the match in the 65th minute to leave Genoa in danger of losing fourth place to Fiorentina if they beat Udinese on Sunday.
Lazio move up to seventh, one place behind arch city rivals AS Roma in the battle for Europa Cup spots for next season.
