(People.com) -- Michael Douglas's son Cameron Douglas has been arrested in New York on a drug charge, according to reports.

Douglas, 30, was arrested at the Hotel Gansevoort in Manhattan and faces a methamphetamine-dealing charge, according to the Associated Press.

Michael Douglas was out of the country and unavailable for comment. His longtime rep declined to comment to PEOPLE.

Cameron is the son of Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra Douglas, who divorced in 2000 after 23 years of marriage.

Cameron was also charged with cocaine possession in California in 2007.
