The biggest freshwater fish ever caught was a Mekong giant catfish found in northern Thailand in 2005. It was approximately nine feet long and weighed 646 pounds. On average the grizzly bear will reach a height of six or seven feet and an adult male will weigh anything between 300 and 850 pounds. A female grizzly however will only reach 450 pounds.
