(CNN) -- These are some of the facts from tonight's broadcast that you might find interesting.

ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement) conducted a threat assessment survey of all field offices:

"The results of the assessment showed that most major metropolitan areas were experiencing a surge in gang activity. Additionally, the survey showed that membership of these violent transnational gangs was comprised largely of foreign-born nationals."

Loopholes in the Senate Amnesty Bill

Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Alabama) released a list of 20 loopholesexternal link in the comprehensive immigration bill today which reveals that the bill is fatally flawed and will not establish a functioning immigration system in the future.

Worksite Enforcement

The Department of Labor's wage and hour division over the past two years has cited more than 3,600 H-2A visa violations and assessed more than $500,000 in penalties.

The Senate Amnesty Bill

• H1-B visa program would be expanded 180,000.

• Under amendment now included in the bill, foreign students with advanced degrees from colleges and universities outside the United States would be included.

• The $75,000 fine is for employers caught more than twice for hiring illegal aliens.

• Employers would be made responsible for checking the legal status of employees working for contractors.
