If you have something to say about CNN.com, please e-mail us. Christopher of Chicago, Illinois CNN.com: Thank you, Christopher. Out of sensitivity to the families and victims of the Virginia Tech shootings, CNN.com editors decided to cut back on using images of Cho holding weapons on new story and section pages on the site. Fred Fox of Saint Petersburg, Florida The media can use its bully pulpit at a later time to help assess and even critique the actions that led up to the shootings. These actions do have value. But the immediate aftermath is the only time that the media can use its loud voice to appropriately honor the innocent victims and their families. I'm heartwarmed by your choice to use CNN.com for this purpose. You are setting an excellent example for the direction of the media in future tragedies of all types. Making your first priority to honor the innocent victims is a gift to the society you serve. You have set an uplifting example for both other media institutions as well as all people in general. Kudos to whichever staff member had the presence of mind to be so thoughtful in the midst of such pain. CNN.com: Many thanks, Fred. Brian Johnson of Carlisle, Pennsylvania CNN.com: Thanks, Brian.
